The Fleet Air Arm Association

The FAA Memorial weekend, formerly the TAG's, which was cancelled last year and once again this year was none the less carried out with a short wreath laying ceremony.  It was good to see members of the FAAA, some of whom had travelled from Luton, Pinner and Rustington to pay their respects alongside some members of the Solent Branch who also represented other Associations.  Wreaths were laid by the following; Arnold Thompson TAGA, Brian Bingham FNF and Jim Moulson FAAA.  Mick Wyatt paraded the FAAA standard and Tony (Ben) Fenn the Solent Standard. It was a cold day for May and far colder than it was for Remembrance Sunday last year.  We were unable to go for a coffee or any lunch but we were able to drink a tot at the end.
